Flowtrack refund policy

Flowtrack ("we", "our") offers FlowTrack subscriptions through app stores (App Store, Google Play) and/or our website. This policy describes the conditions under which refunds may be requested.

1. Subscriptions on App Store or Google Play

Purchases made on the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android) are subject to Apple's and Google's refund policies. To request a refund on those platforms, you must do so from your Apple or Google account settings. Flowtrack does not directly process refunds for in-app purchases made in the stores.

2. Direct payments to Flowtrack

If you have paid directly to Flowtrack (for example, through our website), you may request a refund within 14 calendar days following the purchase, provided you have not made significant use of the Premium service. Send an email to info@myflowtrack.com indicating your account email and the reason. We commit to responding and, if applicable, processing the refund within a reasonable timeframe.

3. Subscription cancellation

Cancellation prevents future renewals and charges, but does not entitle you to a refund for the period already paid. Premium access will be maintained until the end of the current billing period.
